This training will help participants articulate verbally and in writing when a safety threat exists and when the behaviors and/or conditions that lead to the safety threat have been ameliorated. Analyze and coach enhanced and diminished protective capacities at initial assessment and throughout the life of the case. Identify when sufficient evaluation is present or lacking throughout the life of a case. Assess and provide feedback on a behaviorally based ISP and Written Plan of Compliance. Demonstrate engagement skills through coaching. Demonstrates capability to approve a quality program related assessment.
This training does have a mandatory pre-requisite to attend CW 6020 – Coaching prior to this course.
